was Robson and Venables in the last 31 years, both were under pressure by the media but were charismatic managers who players would run through brick walls for. I’ve worked for different people over the years and have always done more for those i didn’t want to let down, at that level they don’t need to be told how to play they need someone to put belief in them and at the very least be worried to let them down
