Pretty much 100% agree.

We didn't sell out a lot of games.
As I have said a few times it might make economic sense to fill in the hotel corner giving another possible 1000+ seats.
You wouldn't have to tear down the ground to do it and it wouldn't be hugely expensive. Would also pay for itself quite quickly.
