They clearly don’t have confidence in Leach/Bess

The latter could be in the naughty step for historic tweets (see the Wisden story) but Leachy would do a solid job. They worry a lot about their batting I think, and including Leach would realistically mean resting one of Broady or Jimmy, or going in with one less batter. They clearly don’t want to do either even though it would arguably make sense.

Will be interesting to see how Ollie Stone does.
