I've no doubt there will be some investigation and measures put in place so this doesn't happen again. Other than a statement I'm not sure what else can be done. Walk around the streets of Norwich in hessian sackcloth whilst locals throw rotten fruit at them?

Happy to accept it was a mistake and lack of due diligence that won't happen again.

The only slight criticism I would mention is the 'if' apology. 'I'm sorry for 'any' offence caused' - offense and embarrassed was caused, just say sorry for creating it.
