Just have a normal drum/barrel BBQ but with coals on one side

Has an adjustable coal tray so can control temp like that. Brought a gardeco Kentucky 'smoker' but it's a BBQ really. Should have brought an offset really but they are so expensive.
With the ribs Water pan next to the coals. Did experiment with some hickory chunks but got too much smoke flowing so took them off.
