There's a (imo) decent article on tactics on MFW. I agree with what is being said - the formation that's worked so well for us in the Championship will never work for us in the PL because we don't have Kante in CDM.

Teams that make 4-2-3-1 work in the PL are sides like Man City. Not sides scrapping against relegation.

Hard to play Buendia in any other formation, I think we'll be more competitive without him if we recruit well. Given Webber's track record, there's a good chance we will recruit well too.
