i went stand up paddle canoeing today

got the frau a SUP for her birthday and she had her maiden voyage today so i tagged along as the safety car and i watched her stand up for the first time and thought, gotta have a crack at that and stood up in my canoe and it's pretty darned nifty you get to see a lot more countryside and whatsit so going to get me a SUP paddle and when the waters are calm give the old stand up routine a bash. splash
