Still trying to work out how this slipped through the net

Basic social media channels not being looked at before someone pressed the go button.
If it were a single piece of pitch side advertising with a short lifespan it could sort of be explained.
It’s like spending two years organising a family wedding and only checking if the bride wears knickers the night before the ceremony.
