I'd categorise it a little differently

I think in many ways we are a family club; the ethos that comes through from Delia about being stewards and that the fans are the most important thing, the survival and long term prosperity of the club being more important than anything else, and the matchday environment too.

What we aren't though is a local club. We're trying to create a global brand, rather than just something that is for the people of Norwich.
