I think his reputation is based on what he’s done for Dortmund

Obviously it hasn’t happened for him for England yet. But given what he’s done in Germany - at the age of 21 - he’s probably got something.

Anyway, the big question for England is whether Foden plays. Suspect we know the answer though.
