If we net £60m (after sell ons etc) from Emi and Max, then I'd imagine at least half that will be added to the £30m (the rest may cover the £30m Covid hole?).

So that would give us £60m to spend on players. Hopefully wages can be covered by shifting the likes of Leitner, Trybull, and Drmic. Tettey and Mario already gone too.

That's far and away the most we've ever had to spend, so ultimately it will all come down to how we spend it. Six-eight £8m-£10m players?

Or is that ridiculously simplistic?
