The thing is the solicitors I use are very good. Almost computer like

They are very efficient with regards to the process and their prices are relatively good value however anything that falls outside of signing and returning paperwork to them will incur additional charges...

They are managing both the selling of my house and buying of my new property and rarely contact me until each milestone has been hit/they require some additional paperwork.

I have faith that they will notify me of potential delays but it would be good to have as much notice as possible!
