There is a Norfolk connection as well! One of the hangers at cardington was originally at

Pulham, where the airships such as the R33 used to moor. It was dismantled and reassembled at Cardington. The airships were nick named the Pulham Pigs.
My dad had to go to Cardington to collect his RAF uniform when he did national service.
