Yeh but you are part of the problem not the solution...

If you think that the opposing team can never have a good idea you are part of the tribal problem.
If you think everyone who voted a certain way is a c$$$ you are part of the problem.
You lack the basic understanding and civility that others can have genuinely different opinions to you about the same issue.
Life isn't black and white, it's often full of grey areas.
