if people believe the club would be better off without Worthy then protesting IS acting in the club's best interests?
Secondly, people who will back the manager WHOEVER HE IS just because that is perceived as getting "behind the club" and express no opinions of their own (indeed apparently believe the club should form their opinions for them) will deservedly be ignored by the club and everybody else.
I can respect, even if I disgree with, people who put forward reasoned arguments for Worthy to stay. People who just say "get behind the club" as though everyone at the club DESERVES our support regardless of how badly they do their job, I have no respect or time for.
The only way any club improves is NOT by everyone "pulling together" whatever the circumstances but by getting rid of staff/players/tactics etc that don't work and replacing them with those that do. As with anything in life - if it's broken then fix it.
