any laptop repairers recommends in norwich svp

got a free brand new lappy off of my son and the screen has cracked and i've been quoted 200 quid plus vat plus for the repair which is probs half what the thing is worth. the chap said it's because there is a global shortage of spares at the minute so would like a second opinion as think he's taking the pish as 200 quid seems a bit ott it's not a touchscreen. if they do touchscreen laptops even
