Shortly after my Dad died

I went into Pret to get a sarnie, and some cheery fool/soul said (inevitably enough), "And how are you today!?!" ... and I started crying .. which I think might have not have been the intended effect.

As others will tell you, it's normal, and in some ways good - you'll come to live with it.
