why don't they use one password for everthing the morons

because some websites force you to change your password every few months and you can't use one you've used before so you have to come up with another instantly forgettable password. other sites insist you use a lower case letter, an uppercase letter, a prescriptive limited set of symbols, upper case numbers lower, case numbers, no consecutive repeated characters, a small drawing of a coypu, a photo of your driving licence and some of your DNA. then when you log on in a few weeks you forget it so they send you a change my password link that expires in 30 minutes and you must check your inbox BUT THERE'S NOTHING THERE! so you check your spam and it's full of viruses sent to you from other people in your contacts that have been surfing the dark web and then, the only option is the dreaded helpline.
