But even though restrictions might all be over by then, the practicality of having 90k fans at wembley still seems unlikely, so I imagine all matches will be restricted in some way.

I guess they are waiting to know exactly how many can go to each specific game and then allocate the ballot from there. But that might not be decided until only a week before for example...

Lucky if you live in London, less so if travelling/staying over
