City centre property for sale

Yesterday, one of our members posted about his need for a property, and that they were all being snapped up.

I am not an estate agent, and I personally now want to sell a 4 -bed duplex apartment in the Anchor Quay development that I have, with a dedicated parking space. The price I want is £240,000. It's on 2nd & 3rd floors but you get a lot of space for your money, and it's city centre, and only 15 mins walk from Carrow Road. No garden. But please don't reply if you are an estate agent, wanting sales commission.
