Most memorable - Huddersfield 7-0. Obvs.
Favourite/most impactful - most impactful: Emi 1st, Skippy 2nd. Favourite: honestly can’t pick just one. But plenty of players from this team are now in my all-time favourite team, not necessarily the best, but just my (irrational) favourites - Timmy K, Max, Tetts, Onel and Todd. And Daniel is my fave ever manager now too.
Best goal - Todd v Wednesday, after Emi’s superb block tackle.
Most concerning - the injury crisis.
Silliest - yup, DF’s throw-in actions v Luton
Random thoughts - like you, I loved the City Views. I think the key moment this season was Daniel getting Emi and Todd back onside, after they were both clearly unhappy at being back in the champs. He pulled them round (oo-er) superbly. Great management.
Next season - hmm, gonna be difficult. But this summer could be really exciting.
