Do you have legal advice cover on your home insurance?

If you do then look for a good local solicitor or a direct access employment barrister. Latter might be cheaper these days (not that it matters if insurance is picking up the tab)

I've just done the same as you. I cant be f**ked with a claim,I just want them out of my life and getting sucked into months or years of a claim is not my idea of fun.
