it is not "complaining" it is constructive criticism to try and raise standards across the organisation via meticulous attention to detail and taking pride in everything that we do and what we are.

if we turn a blind eye to the small, seemingly inconsequential details eventually we will find ourselves in league one for consecutive seasons playing dreadful unattractive football with low attendances in a s**thole of a dilapidated stadium and light years behind the footballing curve contemplating three fading stars on our shirts whilst in the distance "letting the days go by" by talking heads comes out of a cheap tinny radio.
