I think XXL loves a promising youth player but...

...he sometimes refuses to recognise that some of these players develop after leaving the club. Sometimes, being released by us is what helps their career to progress. Loza, Morris, McGeehan all have become better players since leaving us but none of these are currently at the level we need.
