- The two biggest shareholders are married to each other
- Two of the three Football Management Exec are married to each other
- There was no fans' parliament, is no Fans'-rep on the Board
- A major change to ticket-access was brought in purely for financial benefit and with only minimal fan-consultation.

None of these relect well on a governance or transparency score
