don't really enjoy running and weights and burpees etc are such a drag. doing this OS stuff over the last couple of months or so has been a revelation and i feel about ten years younger. my morning routine has crept up to 32 mins now which i really should cut back on i reckon 20 is plenty. 2 mins max per movement. i use an app called "tabata timer" that you can use to design and structure your movement routine.
