suggest structuring your morning routine to start low key (breath work, head nods) build in intensity (speed skaters, contra lateral marching, rocking push ups etc) and then ease down with some segmental rolling to smooth out the routine. don't bust a nad it's just movement not exercise. the trick is to explore your range of motion and to tie it in with breathing patterns.

as Tim's mentor dan john says, "little and often over the long haul" so the question is "can i sustain this routine daily over 10 years?" i do mine daily mon-fri and have the weekend off and it works for fine me. horses for courses obv and it doesn't matter if you miss a day just get back on it the next one. try it for 30 days 20 mins or so a pop, you'll be amazed.
