(A very quick google search reveals I'm far from along in asking

indeed there's a poll up on their service site where over three thousand people have asked for it.

As I say, I'm not asking *whether* it's a good thing - it clearly is, for some people - I'm asking *why* they don't want to offer it. There must be a reason - just can't guess it.)
