Following a recent update from the government and dialogue with relevant governing bodies, earlier this month the club announced that no supporters will be permitted to attend any of the club’s remaining Sky Bet Championship fixtures in the 2020-21 season.

The club would like to take this opportunity to remind supporters of the importance of continuing to follow the latest government guidelines, following City’s remaining games remotely and from afar.

Norwich City can also confirm that the process for refunding all supporters who purchased home, away or junior memberships for the 2020-21 season will be completed by the end of April.

Those who purchased a membership will have the rebate automatically refunded onto their online ticketing account.
