i'm trying to sort my bad back out

i do 2 minutes of aligator breathing, 2 minutes of baby stomach neck movements, 2 minutes of kneeling speed skating crawling balance thing, 2 minutes of rocking push ups, 2 minutes of rocking push squats and 2 minutes of stand up crawling.

i'll ramp it up a bit soon to 3 minutes
