There are 584,000 authorised shares which would have to be bought at 35p a share giving £204,400 to buy out the plc which owns 12.5%

This is supposedly the same amount per share that ME was paid for the football club in rspect of his 87.5%

i.e. 100% of the Football club was sold for £1,635,200. The rest of the supposed "£40m" went direct to ME to pay off the "loans"

Nice work if you can get it - or am I wrong?
