He's one of the best people I can think of at that level for that job

He's done sack-them-all-hire-anew stuff before and he's got a great track record at L1/L2, though I'd be wary of him in the champs let alone higher.

So honestly if they get rid I think they'll be weaker for it.

Unless they've got Mourinho lined up, of course.
