The other premier league clubs need to refuse to consent to them playing in the ESL

Then these clubs will have to resign if they want to play in it.

Kicking them out hastily not the way to go as will cause legal issues and no doubt breach the tv deals. Force them to choose between resigning and playing ESL or staying put.
