Daniel Farke addresses the media ahead of Norwich City's Sky Bet Championship clash against Watford. Updates to come from 1.45pm.
----------------------------------------------------------------

DF: (on promotion) It was a pretty proud moment for us a club and it is great to be returning to the best league in the world.

DF: We were not the big favourite once the season started, but in more or less each and game we were favourite and for that it was very difficult. However, to achieve it with five games to go is incredible and says a lot about what my lads have achieved.

DF: Right now we head into the Premier League in a much better position and a much stronger position to become a permanent member of the Premier League.

DF: I am not talking about lessons because it was possible to sign a centre back with experience at this level for £10m and a striker for £10m. So I wouldn’t talk about lessons because we knew more or less before what could happen and we were prepared. We are know returning as stronger position with players who have experience of Premier League level and we can invest a little more than we did two years ago. Two years ago we needed a miracle and now we don’t need a miracle.

DF: It is not a risk. This will always be our policy because we will not risk the mid and long term future of the club. We are definitely able to invest a bit more than two years ago.

DF: (European Super League). We were not asked if we were going to be a permanent member of the European Super League. For that I don’t want to comment on this because I want to be respectful. I have other things to think about for the mid and long term future of Norwich. I don’t think it helps it every other club comments on this situation.

DF: I worked for Borussia Dortmund and I have not spoken to them in the last few days. I do have a German passport but I don’t know the background information about what has happened at Bayern or Dortmund and it makes not sense for me to comment and speculate.

DF: (On Mourhino) Yes, I heard the news but I will say the same as I did for the Super League idea. I respect any club's decision. It is my classy for me to comment on other clubs. We have a great relationship with Tottenham. Not just through the Skipp loan.

DF: On a personal level, I have to say I respect what Jose has done, the titles he has won. I enjoy speaking with him. We played many times last season and it will be sad not to face him at TFC next season. I wish him all the best.

DF: I did join in the celebrations at the beginning but I am an old man so I had to slip away. From what I heard it was a night full of joy. Rightly so. They needed to do this.

DF: We have appealed Giannoulis red card. But he will definitely miss one game so not in my thoughts for Watford.

DF: My physios indicated Grant should come off. But he played on. He is a strong lad from Scotland. Still painful and swollen but he is in cotton wool for the next 24 hours and we hope he is available.

DF: Teemu got a hit on his knee. A little swollen so is a major doubt for Watford. Cantwell also has some problems with his adductor. Let's wait. I have not completely ruled them out. Late decisions.

DF: (On ESL project) It is quite normal it polarises and many want to judge. I accept that but, again, I am in a responsible role for Norwich City. We need to show some style in this matter. It is not helpful to add another judgement.

DF: (Asked again re Skipp) He is a great lad and I would love to work with him further on. But, again, we totally respect TFC. He is their player.

DF: Jordan Hugill could win many singing contests. He is fantastic. The rest, less so.
