Can we nominate people to get promoted?

I miss the days when us self-funding, single profile posters could compete - but what with having a day job etc I can't commit the time and effort to get properly noticed.

It's all got a bit soulless (and I suspect that some of the owners of these profiles aren't even interested in football at all)
