Isn't that the new champions League format though?

I think this was released a day or so before the ratification of the new CL formats as a 'look how much worse it could be if you don't choose this'.

Football is long dead and no one really cares other than the fans; individuals and groups inside the business are just fighting to keep the biggest share of the money possible. A revolution won't happen...the bubble will burst and footbal will find its rightful level again
