It's a theory that's been nagging away since last season

I think I mentioned it earlier in the season too. It's not the whole story, of course (eg. Helveg and Jonson - although, I'd bet the first he heard of the latter was when he scored that equaliser against Denmark in the Euros), but didn't Hucks play really well against us while on loan at Forest? And JJ2 got two for Charlton in the Prem against us.

If there's anything in it, I suspect it means that he doesn't really trust the judgement of others and/or doesn't delegate effectively.

I suppose, though, it's better than using FM2006 to judge players like I do ...
