Yes, we sure we have a parachute payment advantage...

but we earned it by getting promoted ahead of teams who:
a) had parachute payments themselves; and/or
b) were being doped to the tune of dozens of millions of pounds by their owners

Even supposedly brilliantly run model club Brentford (who of course moan about our parachute payments) have had about £80m pumped into them by their owner.
