Youth players not really -- by Worthy

Of course I did not go to the game yesterday as I really want to, but from the LIVE commentary, Chris and Neil were absolutely impressed by Michael Spillane's performance on right-back.

I read the news before Worthy said the kids were not ready yet, but with yesterday's performance, was our kids not good enough? Or Worthy did not want us to see the kids played much better, than his signings? I know one game cannot reflect the situation but it was not the first time when our young players played well for the first team.
