For those who didn't see today's game

We played well today! Amazing I know, and despite the result, I came away wondering how on earth we lost. Wednesday were poor, but reading this board you would think we were worse than them - but believe me - we played them off the park for most of the game. If Huckerby would shoot instead of passing it, we would've won I'm sure.

For the record:

Gallacher: 7 - did okay, good save on a one on one but couldn't hold it and their player headed the rebound in.

Spillane: 8 - very impressive. A few loose passes, but all in all an excellent prospect.

Drury: 7 - solid.

Doherty: 7 - won everything in the air, shame he ran into Shackell for their goal.

Shackell: 6 - okay - positioning at times not the best (let wednesday get a free header in box which Gallacher produced a very good save for)

Henderson: 7 - very poor first half, outstanding second half!

Robinson: 7 - very impressed with him today. Good passing.

Etuhu: 6 - did okay. Needs to do more if you ask me. Almost set up an equaliser in last minute

Hughes: 7.5 - excellent first half - was everywhere - with good passing too! Quiet in second half.

Huckerby: 7 - frustrating!

Earnshaw: 6 - not really in it.
