(FWIW, the bestest ever cheese on toast could be made with a simple slice of pre-toasted Nature's Fresh White Toast, and two slices of Koromiko Monterey cheese. Alas, Koromiko is no more, as it was not deemed cost effective to rebuild after a fire at the factory. It's a crying shame!)
