Depends on how you read it (And him)

"The next 4 games give some of them opportunity. Of course, he might equally mean if he's too forgiving give them part of next season which would be a mistake in my opinion."

True. But it depends on when he's going to draw the line, and my interpretation of that article is that we can't expect any wholesale changes. Jarrett, Charlton, Ward, and (I think) Thorne will probably go. But I suspect Hooves will stay as long as Worthington does, and our Desmond will be indulged further. If he doesn't get shot of them ASAP, then we are left with January - too late.

Am I being a panic merchant? Possibly. I have to say that after watching the first two games, I could see us having a long, hard struggle against relegation and frankly, if anything, we seem to have gotten worse. There have been games where we have been so poor I honestly couldn't see where the next point was coming from, let alone the next win. Sure enough, we have scraped together a surprising amount of points, but I'm forced to conclude that this may be more down to the nature of some of the teams in this division than any sudden upsurge in our abilities.

Where do we go from here? Nowhere. That's the problem.
