It would be great if we could get that succession planning going again

I guess it depends on whether Farke sees his future more in the DoF style roles or in managing at a higher profile club (more money, more risk?).

I could see him doing a superb DoF role here or elsewhere.

Suspect the issue that both he and Webber will face is finding a club that's prepared to overhaul their structure (or whether Webber/Farke will feel they can segue into an existing structure).

And what happens with Zoe?
