If hospitalisolation drops to that extent, no need to lock down

The small % of at risk adults that decline the jab and then need hospital treatment can go f**k themselves, quite frankly.

The NHS can easily cope with the tiny % of at risk adults that are unable to have the vaccine (and the unlucky buggers that still need treatment despite the jab).
