Now start building. Add sliced avocado, chicken, bacon, romaine lettuce leaves and slices of tomato on top of the bottom slice.
Season.
Grab the second slices of good quality ham and two slices of Swiss cheese. Grill these for a minute then drop them on the loaded-up base layer.
Slather mayo and mustard on the third bit of toast and stick on top. Ding the friggin' pancakes in the bin and enjoy.
