200g buckwheat flour, 400ml almond milk, pinch of salt, 1/3 banana, 2tbsp maple syrup

1tsp baking powder, 2tbsp tahini.

Topped with peanut butter, maple syrup, blueberries, raspberries, coconut yogurt, pumpkin & sunflower seeds.
