Haha! I didn’t play round “here”

I grew up just outside bath, played for my local club side, Hinton Charterhouse Cricket Club.

Beautiful ground. They’re building a new clubhouse at the moment - their landlord is jake Dyson and he’s actively involved in the club I gather.

We used to have lots of touring sides come and play, it was a really great club. Still is I’m sure, I just live too far away!

Scyld Berry (telegraph cricket) played for the club too, meant we played against an observer invitational xi every summer. Vic marks always played and Eddie butler was pretty handy too.
