I’ve just read a postcard from my dad
He wrote it when he was 18 and undergoing his Royal Navy training in Plymouth during the war and it arrived at his old family home in Liverpool today. Amazingly we still have family living there so my cousin Dan was able to send it on to us.
We are so thrilled to be able to read a message from dad tonight 💗 and also intrigued. Where on earth has this postcard been for the last 78 years?!
