This is an especially useful delaying tactic to get "in the strikers head" before a pelanty. They are also the only player that gets a "vote" in as far as they always seem to "elect"to punch the ball away. Job does come with a dodgy uniform normally but theres not a great deal of running about so its swings and roundabouts.
