Can I ask a question:

How is the best bowling figures worked out? Is the weighting given to wickets or average?

For example Bowler A takes 2 wickets for 10 runs. Then bowler B gets 5 wickets for 50.

Instinct tells me Bowler B probably gets awarded the best bowling figures, even though his average is worse?
